for the most part we've been told that mlb has dealt with these players, their agents and the players association. that's allowed them to get them to agree -- to get to how much they were involved. alex rodriquez along with ryan vaughn. he was the mvp last year. those are the two biggest nails. vaughn agreed to the suspension a few weeks ago. the latest report is this -- it was first gonna be at noon eastern. 9:00 local time. we're being told it may be pushed to 3:00 eastern. we'll hear what they will do. we've been told they will ban alex rodriquez for the rest of this year and all of next year. roughly 214 games. that's $34 of his salary. he will appeal that ban. when that happens, it will take about 20 days or so before it goes in front of an arbitrator and the final decision will be made. he could be banned from baseball and play, 15, 16, 20 games in the middle of a pennant race. he may be allowed to play as he's banned at the same time. it's very interesting to see how it will play out. for bay area fans a couple of other names bartolo colin is expected to be mentioned. he's also
